Due to COVID-19, we are providing services via telehealth platforms. If you want to refer or become a new patient, call 801-590-9557 and select option 2.
You may complete an intake session over the phone. This option is available Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Friday, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
We will resume in-person services as soon as COVID-19 safety concerns allow.
If you or someone you know needs support regarding housing, food security, safety, healthcare, financial assistance, etc. please call 211 or search 211.org.

Our Mission
Impact Mental Health provides rapid, transformational whole-person psychiatric care to uninsured, low-income Utahns with serious mental illnesses. Its co-equal mission is to provide state-of-the-art integrative community-oriented clinical education for future mental health clinicians who can sustain the impact for future generations.
