we can have an “impact” by providing a ripple of hope for individuals and families who struggle with mental illness
We are now slowly opening the clinic as public health and safety guidelines allow.
We along with the State of Utah, are moving from red to orange. This means we will be accepting new patients via telephone only. You may call the clinic and select option 2 if you would like to inquire about referring or becoming a patient. This will allow you to have an intake over the phone.
At this time, we are only performing appointments via telehealth platforms. Please check your phone for links to those visits. If you do not have a smartphone, please let the scheduler know so we can establish a phone visit. This is effective as of May 14, 2020.
Thank you for your continued flexibility and understanding.
